Progress Report - Week 12 - ending Sunday 14th April 2024

Achievements during the week

Complete painting of lower floor ceilings and walls
Installing new ceilings to Workshop, Kitchen, hallway and toilets
Continue installation of ground floor lighting
Re-install and commission fire alarms & emergency lighting
Construction team start work on first floor

Ground floor now fully lit

By the weekend the floor had been cleared and the cleaning in preparation for painting is underway

The Emergency stairwell is now boxed on the first floor

Back end Wall Plaster Boards installed

Front end wall installed

Side wall frames and insulation installed

Side wall frames and insulation installed

Plasterboard installed on the side walls.

And the partitions start to go in to create head protecting bays

Deep cleaning of the floor in progress

Ground floor cleared for cleaning prior to painting
